Dado Topić dropped from Stones concert

Dado Topić, this year's Croatian Eurovision Song Contest representative, has been dropped as support act at the Rolling Stones concert in Budva, Montenegro.
Dado was meant to be performing with his band 'Time' along with the Sarajevo group 'Regina', at the concert of the British megastars, however the Stones' management team cancelled just four days before the concert was due to take place. The official statement from 'Time' criticised the cancellation of regional support acts, and accused the Stones of acting unprofessionally. They also stated that Dado and 'Time' had planned their whole schedule around the Stones' concert. Instead, the British group 'The Thirst' will support the Stones.
Dado Topić and his group 'Dragonfly' did not qualify for the final of this year's Eurovision Song Contest, therefore Croatia will have to take part in the semi-final at next year's contest next May in Belgrade.
